Your Space: Bedroom (10ft 4in x 8ft) with a large closet and south facing window looking into our private backyard. Downstairs we’ve set aside a space of (12ft 6in x 6ft) which was previously used as an office and gym/recreational area. You’ll be rooming with 2 artists, so if a candidate is willing we’d love collaborate on transforming our large finished basement into a studio space. Otherwise, this can be used for any of your office/personal/storage needs!

Location: 2 blocks away from Herbert von King Park and across the street from Coyote club (popular local bar). A 12 min walk from the G and 15 min from the C.

I have lived in this unit and NY for 2.5 years! I recently decided to move out and live closer to work with upcoming return to office policies. I have been living in this wonderful Bed-Stuy duplex with two of my closest friends. I love Bed-Stuy and have enjoyed living in this neighborhood!

Lease Transfer details: The lease transfer would start on March 1st with the remaining 3-4 months on a 12-month lease ending on either the 1st of June or July 2025 (depending on needs) with the option to renew! The monthly rent is $1,800 + split utilizes for Electricity, gas, and internet.
