The apartment is fully furnished, complete with amenities such as a smart projector for movie nights, a Bluetooth speaker, a clawfoot bathtub with shower, and kitchen essentials including an espresso machine.

We'll share access to the backyard which is full of gardens and a lovely little fire pit.

I've got wonderful neighbors who look out for each other, and the house is a leisurely walk, short bike ride or a 3-10 min drive from most restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores.

Having envisioned and refurbished this space upon relocating to Kingston 7 years ago, I've put a lot of love into this home and really enjoy sharing it with others. I live in the lower unit with my small pup, and am very relaxed and quiet. I prefer a tranquil living environment, and the space for rent upstairs is best for folks who want the same. Will on a few occasion have community gatherings in the backyard that you will be informed of and invited to!

Monthly rent is $3400, weekly rent is $1000/wk. Cleaning fee is $200. Utilities included. Security deposit is equivalent to your total rent (weekly rentals) or monthly rent (monthly rentals). No pets, please.

My name is Amanda (she/her) and I am the owner of the property and have been living in Kingston for nearly 7 years. I put a lot of heart into mending the home and rebuilding the front and back yard and am so pleased get to share this home with others.

I live in the lower unit and am deeply committed to nurturing local, regenerative economies and collective, ancestral healing. I spend my free time being in nature, enjoying gatherings with friends, exploring my spiritual practice, gardening, and continuing to take root into this beautiful Kingston & Hudson Valley community.
