Short-term stay: $200/night
Full-period stay (May 20 – June 20): $180/night

This is not a typical sublet :))
the place will be fully cleaned, with no personal belongings left behind, and you’ll have everything you need: fresh towels, bed linens, and kitchen utensils

There’s also an in-unit washer, so you won’t have to spend time at a laundromat

Layout:
• 1st floor: powder room with in-unit washer, kitchen with island, convertible couch, and TV area
• 2nd floor: queen-size bed, full bathroom, and workspace

Please make yourself at home, enjoy the space, and take good care of the marble kitchen island, solid wood dining table, and chairs

Just a heads-up — it’s a fifth-floor walk-up
The location is great: 29th st/2nd ave

$100 cleaning fee, I provide fresh bed linens, towels, and prepare the space so you feel right at home
