Among my interests and areas of experience are relational challenges, family issues, sex therapy, depression, anxiety, compulsive behaviors, psychedelic integration, existential concerns and self-acceptance.

My own continuing self-discovery, personal practices, professional experience and creative life inform my ability to listen and synthesize with precision and empathy — and to accompany you in both your struggles and your triumphs. I will be honored to bear witness to your evolution and growth.

Background and Expertise

I earned my LMSW in 2019 after graduating from NYU's Silver School for Social Work -- and also have an MFA in Film from Columbia University. Most recently, I completed a certificate in psychoanalytically informed psychotherapy through the National Institute for the Psychotherapies -- as well as Principles and Practices of Sex Therapy with Ian Kerner through the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy.

I have more than two decades of experience in global media production, working with artists and entrepreneurs. I have worked in commercial production with studios and advertising agencies in New York City and throughout the US and the world.
