I currently have two work only studios. One in Clinton Hill's historic mansion district. Right off of Fulton street and the other is on fourth ave between Park Slope and Gowanus. These convenient locations are great for an office or personal work space. The building is mostly residential so we are not looking to add any loud use like practice space. The studio is work only and has a private entrance.
