We will be traveling from 12/22 to Jan 5th and need a trusted, loving pet/plant/house sitter to stay out our place during that time.

Our place is in Carroll Gardens (Court St) on the top floor of a 3 story building. There is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and three living spaces. We do have one twin-sized Japanese floor mattress rolled up in a closet, if needed. It's quite comfortable. The space consists of a kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, and two studio/offices (see pics).

We have two cats - Tiger & Ringo (both very friendly, one extremely cuddly) and a super sweet 9lb. dog - Daisy (see pics). There are also several house plants that will need watering from time to time. We'll give detailed instructions, but need someone to walk Daisy twice a day (morning/evening), feed all three pets twice a day, spend some time with them, and just enjoy the space.

The apartment will be clean and we just ask that you clean up after yourself. Trash goes out each Monday night for pick up on Tuesday. The bins are downstairs on the 1st floor. There is a laundry mat downstairs, right next door. That's where we do our laundry and it's very convenient with good machines.

The neighborhood is great! Lots of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. So much to do on Court St. Our block is between Huntington & Nelson. We're also only a few blocks from Red Hook and Cobble Hill.

The F&G trains are right down the street and street parking is very easy if you have a car. We also have a car and have experienced no issues. We will ask you to move our car once each week, if you have a driver's license!

Very easy to get anywhere in Brooklyn, Manhattan or Queens from here.

We are a couple who have lived in this apartment for about a year. We were in Red Hook for several years before that. We love this area. I am a designer and my partner is a horticulturist. We love to bike around the city, exploring food, hanging out in parks, etc. We also have a tiny cabin in the Adirondacks we escape to from time to time.
