We are on the 5th floor, elevator building.

Gym and free laundry in the building.

Room is fully furnished with a tv, desk, walk-in closet and private bathroom.

Access to shared rooftop, we also have our own private section of the rooftop and a terrace off the common area.

2 blocks from Prospect Park.

13 min walk to Brooklyn Botanic Garden

22 min walk to Brooklyn Public Library / Grand Army Plaza.

There are citibike docks every where, closest being 1 block away.

There are a couple of grocery stores 10min walk away. (Lincoln Market and Foodtown)

B, Q, S, 2, 3, 4, 5 and bus lines B43, B49, B44+SBS, B41 are around or less than a 10min walk away.

We keep the space pretty clean and organized, while I don’t expect anyone to be a clean freak, I do expect you to clean up after yourself and leave things as found. We’re easygoing and friendly so fingers crossed!

About This Lister

You’ll be sharing the space with two (she/her, he/they) people in their early to mid 30’s. We are a Black/POC queer household. Both are creatives who work in the service industry. Black/POC femmes and queers preferred. We’re looking for a quiet person with an active lifestyle, one that compliments ours.
