The apartment is 2 blocks east of Union Square (home of the city's largest farmer's market 4x a week) and also an easy walk to Washington Square park and the Flatiron. And only a 20-30 minute walk to the West Village, Chelsea, Soho, and the Lower East Side. With a bike share dock at end of the block, the apartment is prime for convenience and urban exploration!

The larger bedroom in back has a queen bed, desk area and walk-in-closet. The smaller bedroom in front has a twin bed which can easily be swapped out for a queen. The kitchen has a dishwasher and bathroom has a really pretty marble floor. There’s laundry in the basement (9 washers and 10 dryers) and a shared roof deck with dining and lounge areas and spectacular 360 degree views of the city. Perfect for an end of the day glass of wine!

$5800/month sublet fee includes everything - electricity, gas, WiFi. There’s no cable but you can stream any of your own content providers on our smart tv. Apartment comes with linens, towels and fully outfitted kitchen. Just show up with your suitcases to enjoy all that downtown NYC has to offer.

Situated across from Friends’ Seminary (google for location), there are two gorgeous parks on the end of the block flanking second avenue and Union Square park in just 2 blocks away.
