-Note: For the period between your move-in date and April 14th, the rent will be prorated on a daily basis.

Meet Your Roommates
You’ll be sharing the space with two professionals in their 30s—a hairstylist and a photographer. Both are grounded and easy to get along with. We also have a furry resident—a sweet and well-behaved cat who completes the home. The vibe at home is generally quiet and respectful; we enjoy a friendly catch-up in the common areas, but everyone values their own space. Keeping the home clean and tidy is something that comes naturally to all of us.

About the Neighborhood:
This spot sits in a quieter, more residential area of the LES while still being steps away from everything. We’re right by local laundromats, cozy cafes, and gyms. If you’re a foodie or love a good walk, it’s a dream—Trader Joe’s, Target, and Hong Kong Supermarket are all within a 5-minute walk. The surrounding blocks are packed with art galleries and vintage shops. It’s the perfect balance of a peaceful home and a vibrant neighborhood.

About This Lister

I’ve spent two and a half wonderful years in this apartment, and it truly feels like home. However, I need more space for a dedicated studio to grow my pottery business. It’s bittersweet to move on— I’m sad to leave, but excited to pass this special room along to someone who will appreciate it as much as I have.
