- 2 bedrooms (downstairs near to living room) have access to private balcony overlooking Berry St.
- 1 bedroom (upstairs) has access to our own private rooftop (see above)
- Laundry in building, wash-and-fold next door, next door to a ton of fun local restaurants and bars.

About This Lister
