Large, bright, tastefully furnished apartment on Manhattan's famous Upper West Side. Located a short walk from Central Park, Riverside Park, and Columbia University, you will be in the heart of the city’s intellectual district.

The building is old. The apartment is charming and comfortable. There is no elevator so you must climb three flights of stairs to the apartment. There is no dishwasher or washer dryer. There is a laundromat across the street.

The subway is a five minute walk away. There are many restaurants and bars and stores right outside.

You will have use of the entire apartment except for one room (where I will be from 1pm to 5pm). If you work outside home you will never see me.

Rent includes all bills and a cleaner. Pets welcome. Please be a relatively quiet and responsible adult who can tidy up after themselves.

I am not doing a million zoom calls and showing your friends around the place. Don’t turn a good deal into a project. Let’s keep our lives simple.
