We are 4 professionals in search of a 5th to share a triplex apartment in an owner occupied large brownstone. Our work schedules are quite varied making it easier to cook and prepare for work. Our age range: 30's to 70's.

This private bedroom is on the second floor and consists of 2 long, narrowish rooms meeting at a right angle. It has two large closets and is presently furnished. with a double bed, armoire, and small writing desk. It has a large window with great natural light overlooking the courtyard gardens. Wifi and Spectrum internet included.

Share small but adequate kitchen and wet-bar, full bath with walk-in shower, 2 half-baths, large living room/dining room, in-house laundry facilities, backyard garden.

Good subway and bus transportation: C train is around the corner, A and 1 are three short blocks away. Bx6 is on W. 155th going to the Bronx and Yankee Stadium. Amsterdam and Broadway bus routes are a block away.

My son and I have owned this house for 30 years. This is home base. Professionally, I am a (semi-retired) fine art textile restorer and I share my triplex with a microbiologist who teaches at a local college, a clinical psychologist who sees patients at the hospital as well as on line from home, and a free-lance graphic designer whose 10 yr. old daughter spends most Saturdays with him here.

I am somewhat disabled from RA and scoliosis and use a walker and cane to navigate. I am the only not so neat person in the house and rely on my personal care assistant to keep me and things in a semblance of daily order.

The top floor is a separate apartment which has been rented for several years by two obstetricians .
