Each private studio has:
- A window to the outside
- Locking door
- Exclusive access to the showroom space (335 sq ft) ¼ of each month
- Shared access to a large & beautiful rooftop deck (1,386 sq ft)

Base rent increases by 5% annually. Utilities are billed separately - each studio is responsible for 20% of the total.
Utilities are electric, gas, and internet.
