Private open top studio. The studios are climate controlled. Second floor, with access to a large freight elevator and loading dock. The space is 24/7 access. This studio does not have direct access to windows but shares light from the studios that do.

We are an artist built and artist run studio building. The space is a dedicated studio space for VISUAL ARTISTS ONLY. No band, podcasts, beauty or tattoo work. The space is not suitable for heavy woodworking/metal work or fabrication.
