I’m looking to rent my furnished home in East Jewett for several months this summer/fall, with flexible start dates (as early as May 2026) and terms. The monthly price includes internet, lawn care, bi-weekly cleaning and electricity.

This two-bedroom, two-bath, single-story (1,500 sq ft) home sits on 3.5 private acres on the mountaintop in Catskill Park. It offers total privacy while being a short drive to the cafés, restaurants, and shops of Hunter, Tannersville and Windham. The area has lots of hiking trails, swimming spots, and other outdoor activities. A car is necessary.

The home is filled with natural light, and has vaulted ceilings and skylights in the kitchen, living and dining areas, each with mountain views. A large deck with a gas grill and shaded seating extends the living space in warmer months.

The interior is tastefully furnished in a modern, minimalist and eclectic style, with a fully stocked kitchen and modern appliances. The layout includes a front bedroom with a full bath across the hall, and a primary bedroom suite off the living room (with a locked walk-in closet). While the house cools down naturally at night, there are three window A/C units (in both bedrooms and the kitchen) and ceiling fans in the main living areas and primary bedroom. There is also a Peloton to use.

The property extends down to the East Kill creek, with a walking path leading to the water. Relax in the Adirondack chairs by the creek. If you enjoy gardening, there are several raised beds near the house and deck, with a deer fence, ready to be planted.

This home is ideal for someone on their own, a couple or small family. Most house-trained dogs are welcome. The home is wheelchair accessible via the garage.
