We have a 2,200 sq ft warehouse that we currently use to produce our own events. There is a table saw and carpentry area, floral area and hardgoods/props area.

We have a slop sink and bathroom within the space
24 hour access including freight elevator (we are located on the second floor).

Looking for someone who is within the same industry or similar, or even if you need the space for band practice at nights.
