This would be suitable for an individual or couple, great for working from home. There are two A/C window units in the apartment.

The apartment is ideally situated, steps from Prospect Park, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and the Brooklyn Museum, as well as close to multiple transportation options (only 5 min walk to the 2,3 Subway Eastern Parkway stop, and 8 min to the 7th Ave B,Q).

No pets and no smoking. Utilities not included in price. There is no laundry in building, but 2 laundromats within a block.
