Subletting my lovely 2BR Prospect Heights apartment for 2 months from late June-late August (dates are somewhat flexible).
The building is quiet and peaceful, the location is perfect — just a few blocks to Atlantic Barclays, Brooklyn's Central Library, Prospect Park, restaurants, cafes, book stores, wine store, vintage shops, pharmacy and more right around corner. It's a quiet block and parking is easy to find but very centrally located. Closest stops include the 2/3 at Bergen, B/Q at 7th Ave, and 4/5/D/N/R at Barclays.
Apartment is a top floor railroad style 2br so there’s lots of natural light and feeling connected to the nature. Fully furnished and equipped. Hardwood floors. I love living here and hope you will enjoy it too!
Rent is 1,400 per week, or 3900/month, including internet and all utilities. Ideally looking for a submitter for the full time.

I am a 32yo teacher and longtime Brooklyn resident. I work remotely in the summer and will be traveling to visit family. I love this space! My neighbors and neighborhood in general are wonderful.
I'm taking my rabbit with me and will give the place a very good cleaning, but it still may not be the best option if you have allergies. I'd also appreciate it if you would water the plants once a week :)

I’m looking for respectful and responsible tenants who value cleanliness, a calm home base, and good communication. The apartment tends to work well for artists, couples, or professionals spending time in New York.
Proof of income or employment, a previous landlord or host reference, and a valid photo ID will be required.
A security deposit of 1500 is required and will be fully refundable within 5 days of checkout if everything is in good condition.
No parties or loud music. No vaping or smoking.
Payment for the full stay is required upfront, and a simple written rental agreement will be provided.
Pets Policy
Small, well-behaved pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis and with a small additional fee.
