About Us

We are a well-established full-service irrigation and landscape design company looking for a qualified HR manager to join our team.

The right candidate will have a strong background in HR management and will be an expert in compliance and policies.

I started my company almost 30 years ago and I have always been very hands on, and I act as the operations manager for the company, which is not as small or as simple to manage as it used to be. I will be working closely with the HR manager and hope to find someone who can work collaboratively and adjust to our unique industry.

Last year we transistioned to a PEO system through our payroll company (Paychex). The ideal candidate will already be familiar with PEO systems, though it is not required. A chief aspect of the job will be to act as a direct liason to the PEO company and help shepherd the company through the changes.

The right person will have a strong background in human resources, payroll processing, and employee relations, with the ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
