I will be out of town for the summer and offering my apartment for sublet May 15-June 30, with flexibility. Possibly will want to extend through August. The City skyline can be seen in the distance.

The bedroom has a queen sized bed. You'll have storage space in the closet and under the bed. The living room has a pull out couch for guests, plants, and plenty of books.

Kitchen is equipped with brand new range, microwave, air fryer, soda stream, nutri bullet, coffee grinder, and all sorts of utensils and spices that you will be welcome to use.

Close by to Saraghina, Peaches, LunAtico, Thompkins Ave., and Herbert Von King Park.

The price is all inclusive of wifi, gas, water. Electricity is not included as the air conditioning can be a bit pricey if it runs all day long.

Prorated May rent.

The landlord does not allow pets.
