I have a one bed in lower Manhattan available Jan 28-Dec 11. The location is amazing, and it’s about a 5-minute walk from Canal Street subway (4, 6, J, N, Q, R, W, Z) and a 10-minute walk to Soho/LES/Dimes.

The space is clean/newly refurbished, and has a great working from home setup with an ergonomic chair/standup desk. The mattress is a Wirecutter-recommended beauty, and there's a Roku TV. There's also a birdfeeder on the fire escape, and plants that I'd love you to water.

It's a 5th floor walk-up, and internet/bills are included in the price.
