There is shared laundry in the basement. Eat-in, well stocked kitchen with space for 3 to dine comfortably, and a small dishwasher!
Looking for a respectful person (or couple) who will treat my place and the building community with care. Subletting for 5 days in February - open to a minimum of 3 days for which I'm happy to prorate.
Dog friendly building and open to subletters with one (a dog resides here normally, so allergies beware). No cats, please.
