Subletting my 1BR apartment this summer between July 4th-20th. (Dates are slightly flexible.)

Located on the 5th floor of an elevator building and facing a quiet inner tree-lined courtyard, this is a very relaxed space with natural light, hardwood floors, and a well equipped kitchen.
Subway stop is around the corner (B/Q trains @Prospect Park) and Prospect Park is immediately across the street.

Walking distance to Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, Brooklyn Public Library/Museum, and the Prospect Park Zoo.

Approx. 20 min by train to Manhattan, less than 10 min to Barclays Center + Atlantic Terminal.

There are 2 main spaces in the apartment - bedroom and living room/kitchen, with a bathroom in the middle.

The space will be partially furnished with a queen bed, couch, and other essentials, but the piano and some of the small furnishings seen in the pictures will not be there (We will do a detailed walk-through, in-person or virtually, to review what the place currently looks like before confirming your stay.)

Utilities included.

No dishwasher or washer/dryer, but self-service or drop off laundromat is just around the corner.

Ideal for a couple or a single traveler.
No pets allowed, and no other guests or parties unless it's agreed upon prior to your stay.

Looking for a person who is willing to take good care of this place as it is my primary living and working space when I'm not traveling for work. No smoking.

Some flexibility with dates, price will be prorated accordingly.
