Hi! I'm looking to rent my place through the end of the year. A continuous sublet would be great. Shorter periods to include holiday stays would also be fine. For those looking for a longer-term arrangement, lease assignment is an option. It ends 12/31/2025 so this would be a good opportunity to try out a place without a long-term commitment while maintaining the option to extend.

The apartment is a large, updated unit in a modern luxury building across from Chelsea Market and directly adjacent to the High Line. (For those who don't know Manhattan well, this is a really great location!) It is also very quiet: The windows face a courtyard that blocks noise from nearby streets and the buildings is heavily built so no noise from neighbors (I think I've heard my side-neighbors once, never those above or below).

The outdoor space is the only part not well-represented by the photos. It's mostly empty now. However, this interior is as you see: basic complement of furnishings but no decorations.
