Low key building community with friendly, 24 hour doormen in the center of the loveliest neighborhood in Brooklyn (or anywhere, really, if you ask me). Endless restaurant, grocery, and cafe options... minutes to BAM and most of the city's train lines.

Queen bed, small desk, eat-in, well appointed kitchen w/ small dishwasher & space for 3 to dine comfortably. There is shared, app-payable laundry in the building basement. Radiator heating and humidifier (that I will leave freshly cleaned!).

Looking for a respectful person (or couple) who will treat my place, plants, and the building community with care. Will consider a dog, no cats (sorry!). Be aware if you have allergies that a dog does reside her normally, but will also be traveling. Minimum sublet period of 5 days, w/ preference to folks that are interested in the full 7 day period.
