If this sounds like a good fit, please message me with a few details about yourself and your day to day life, what you're looking for in a living space, and any questions.
I’m a professional actor (she/her) who has lived in this special apartment for many years. I love that it has become both a solid home base and a kind of incubator for the people who live here. Over the years, roommates have pursued studies, cultivated dreams, met the loves of their lives, grown their careers, and landed their dream jobs while living here. Most recently, a full round of roommates completed and successfully defended their PhDs in the house. It feels like a beautiful legacy, and I’m excited to find the right fit for the next chapter.
As a roommate, I’m social and welcoming, and I genuinely enjoy when roommates bring friends over. With each group of roommates, we find a shared cleaning routine that creates a steady baseline we all contribute to. I’m mindful of clutter and keeping things organized enough that the space looks and feels calm — a place you can truly come home to and relax.
One consideration I like to discuss openly is that I’m sensitive to strong chemical scents. I provide unscented or lightly scented cleaners (including some homemade options) and ask that we avoid heavily scented candles, incense, and overuse of perfume or cologne. This is always an open, respectful dialogue.
I’m a good communicator and value fostering a sense of community within the house. I’m looking for a balance where we can all feel relaxed at home — enjoying a calm, supportive space with a mix of private quiet time and shared social moments.
