One of two rooms is available in a 3-bedroom apartment located directly across the street from Cooper Park, just a short walk from the Graham Ave L train stop. The apartment is on the lower level (partial basement) with its own private entrance from the street, on a sweet and quiet block.

One of the rooms has exclusive access to the backyard.
