I am an editor at a design magazine.

My husband and I signed a two-year lease on this apartment not expecting to have a baby 10 months later! We are so sad to leave it, but will need more space once he outgrows his bassinet.

We are looking for a great tenant to take over our current lease starting between 5/1 and 9/15 (the ideal candidate would want a 5/1, 5/15 or 6/1 start, but we are flexible) and finish out through 4/30/27, with the option to stay on longer.
