Hi! I’m a remote editor for a global animal welfare nonprofit, currently traveling and exploring potential places to land long-term—and I'm excited for some dedicated beach time :)

I'm looking to spend 1–2 months in San Diego this summer (starting ~June 28). Looking for a furnished studio or 1BR near the coast—ideally Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, La Jolla Shores, Bird Rock, or Ocean Beach—within ~20 min walk to the ocean.

Must-haves:
Dedicated parking
Laundry (in-unit or building)
Full kitchen (including stovetop/oven—I do actually cook!)
Reliable wifi + dedicated workspace

Nice-to-haves:
Natural light/outdoor space
AC or good airflow

Budget up to ~$3,000/month all-in.

Quiet, clean, responsible, and happy to move quickly if it’s a good fit. ADUs, guest houses, or private units on a shared property are fine with me as long as there’s privacy and comfort.
