Hi, I'm the owner of this lovely 3BR apartment in Crown Heights, which has 1 bedroom available for rent. Your roommates are Henry and Clemente, both of whom work outside of the apartment, one as a chef and the other at an architectural firm.

The apartment is on the garden level of a limestone townhouse on a wide stretch of President Street between Troy Ave and Schenectady Ave. The common space is an open layout with a comfortable furnished living and dining area. The kitchen has stainless steel counters with a spacious sink and a convenient over-the-sink drying rack. It has good storage and a dishwasher, along with a big fridge, gas stove, and built-in microwave.

The bedroom for rent is about 9’x11’ and fits a full size bed plus a small desk, and there is a pretty good sized closet. The rent is $1230/month. Electric, gas, and internet bills are split evenly among roommates.

The apartment is super convenient to public transportation, just a 2 minute walk to the 3 and 4 subway entrance on Schenectady Ave (the 4 runs express to Manhattan), and it's near several bus stops. There are many groceries, restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Prospect Park is a short bike ride away and there is a smaller park a couple of blocks away.

We’re looking for someone who will fit into a relaxed and relatively quiet lifestyle. If you’re easygoing, considerate, responsible, and clean, you’ll be a good fit.
