We are subletting our lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on the second floor of a traditional Brooklyn brownstone, conveniently located on the border of Clinton Hill and Bed Stuy just a few minute's walk to the A and C trains at both Franklin Ave and Nostrand Ave.

Our home features one king-sized bedroom and one bedroom/office with a full-sized Murphy bed. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. There is also a stacked washer and dryer in the main hallway closet.

The kitchen has a large 8ft island with two bar stools, making it the perfect solution for home cooking and entertaining. All our appliances are new, including Bosch oven, microwave and gas stove. There is also an extra spacious fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Our home will come with all utensils, dishes and pots and pans.

Right off the kitchen area you will find our living room and dining nook for a full open-concept living area. There is a 65” TV with all your favorite streaming services, including HBO Max, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Peacock.

We will be subletting the space fully furnished. The second bedroom is ideal for an office/guest room setup.

The apartment is available from June 20th until September 5th. There is some flexibility with the start date, but we are looking for tenants who can commit to an 8 week minimum stay. Rent includes all utilities (water, gas, WiFi) except electric.

About This Lister

We are an American-Croatian couple living and working in New York City since 2013. This is our primary residence in the US, and we are subletting our home while we are in Europe.

* First month’s rent and a security deposit of $5700 is required upfront to cover any potential damages

* The apartment can accommodate 2-3 occupants. It’s ideally suited for a couple with a partial or full WFH arrangement, or a young family

* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment

* No pets allowed

*Excellent credit (700+) required, proof of income

*Rental contract to be reviewed and signed by all parties

*Regular cleaning commitment

* We kindly ask tenants to water the plants once a week
