Offering my oversized furnished room with guest bathroom in a 4 bedroom/2 bath house in Beacon. The room has a queen bed, night stands, closet and recliner but there is room for a desk too. I own the house and live here with my dog so there is lots of space, privacy and quiet. My bedroom and office are upstairs and there are 2 guest rooms (including this one) and bathroom on the main floor.

We will share common areas including kitchen, dining area, living room and deck/outdoor space. The house is in a cul de sac at the end of a quiet street. There is street parking available and the house is a 10 minute walk to Main Street.
I have been in the newly renovated house about 6 years so things are still relatively new, I keep the house really clean and neat, and the furnishings are practical and comfortable.

There is a dishwasher, washer/dryer in the basement, large deck, big backyard, lots of light and super cozy and peaceful. I have Youtube TV, internet, oil and electric heat. I love having access to the hustle of Beacon's Main Street nearby but being able to come home to peace and privacy.

Me: I am a buys professional and very social. I work from home and also go to the city several days in a row so you will have space.
You: Looking for someone who is neat, quiet and preferably doesn't work from home.

I have a dog who is very friendly with people and likes to hang out with everyone in the living room. I am integrated into the community so I socialize often, I cook and I also work from home when I am in Beacon. I also live part time in the city so I will often be there for several days in a row so the housemate will have space and privacy.
