I’m looking for a housemate to rent a bedroom plus a half-bedroom (ideal as a work or studio space) in a 3-bedroom house in the town of Catskill, where I currently live. The house is on a quiet street, a short drive to the village of Catskill. Amenities include washer/dryer, sunroom, hardwood floors, lots of natural light, a very large backyard, nice neighbors, and basement storage.

Note: This is an older two-story house with multiple staircases—it's not ADA accessible.
