ABOUT THE HOME
The Brooklyn Inn is a newly renovated, light-filled, Scandi-inspired 2BR located in a classic pre-war barrel-front building on a beautiful tree-lined block at the edge of historic Bed-Stuy.

The apartment has a loft-like open layout, an oversized kitchen with an island, a spacious dining area, and a bright living room with bay windows. Both bedrooms are generously sized, and the remodeled bathroom features a bathtub with a rain shower head.

The home comes fully furnished and stocked, including an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and access to a large shared outdoor space with tables, grill, fire pit, and Adirondack chairs.

About This Lister

I'm Melinda (she/her), owner-operator of the 'Boutique Rentals' collection which includes The Brooklyn Inn, two bungalows in upstate New York - The Original Bungalow and Treehouse Bungalow - and one on the Gulf coast of Florida, The Florida Bungalow.

In addition to running the rental business, I work as an independent publicist and interior design consultant. I am based in Brooklyn and I am available to help with whatever is needed.

Rental requirements

We'll ask you to sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of your ID, and share two recent pay stubs, proof of funds or offer letter. We may also request a reference and/or conduct a credit check.

Pets Policy

We welcome house-trained pets. We charge $75 per month per pet, in addition to the rent.
