Greene, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, Prospect Heights, Park Slope, and similar. We’re usually drawn to smaller, more characterful buildings — a brownstone, a converted space, a boutique walk-up but open to everything. Budget is up to $6,500 but most focused on finding good value for the price.

Hey — we’re Randall and Sebastian. We’re currently living in Williamsburg and looking for a more permanent spot in South Brooklyn, Williamsburg or Greenpoint after a year of subleasing around Brooklyn.

A bit about us: We’re originally from Texas and Nicaragua and have been spending more time in NYC in recent years. Randall is an exec in healthcare and Sebastian works in tech. We’re both professionally established, easy to communicate with, and genuinely take care of the places we live in. We built a home in Austin that was recently featured in Domino if you want a sense of how we treat a space (link below)

A couple of things to know: We are currently splitting our time between Brooklyn and Austin but will make sure our space is well taken care of even when we’re not there. We also have a certified service animal — Drake, an easygoing, 29lb dog who’s genuinely unobtrusive.
