oHHo has opened its flagship concept store in Bedford, NY: oHHo The Old Firehouse. We are looking for a dedicated retail associate to join our team. This is a part-time position, approx. 20 hours a week, with room to grow.

Responsibilities:

- Greeting customers, answering questions, and guiding them through the oHHo experience
- Recommending oHHo products according to the customer’s needs, cross-selling into other third-party brands, and driving sales to help meet Firehouse goals
- Ensuring the floor is properly stocked, conducting inventory counts, and assisting with visual merchandising of the space
- Operate Toast handheld, processing retail payments and refunds, and wrapping items for customers at checkout
- Assisting with product resets/refreshes, watering arrangements, and overall maintenance of the retail floorspace
- Providing feedback to the retail manager and fielding/resolving customer complaints while maintaining a positive environment
- Support all Firehouse event planning and execution

Requirements:

- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous retail experience required
- Experience with event management a plus
- A passion for wellness and holistic remedies
- Availability on weekends is a must
- Availability during holiday season as needed
- Good vibes and a positive, can-do attitude
