We have a room available from March 5-June 30 in our cozy East Williamsburg 3 bed/1 bath.

We are a 10 minute walk from both the Graham and Grand L stops, close to Cooper, McGorlick and McCarren parks, and near a ton of great coffee shops, bars and restaurants.

The room has two windows, a closet and can fit a queen size bed. It can be unfurnished, but the current subletter can likely sell the mattress and bed if you are interested.

No washer/dryer, but a laundromat is on our block. Utilities are roughly $80/month

We are two women in our early 30s. We met working at a restaurant, are close friends and social as roommates. We like to watch tv/movies, have friends over for dinner occasionally and hang outside the house together. We keep the space very clean and tidy, and respect that it is a shared home. We like it to be a peaceful little oasis. We'd love to find another like-minded woman in her early-late 30s who has lived with roommates before.

The room is available March 5 - June 30. Looking to rent to 1 person only and no cats. LGBTQU+ friendly. No smoking/vaping inside. Small dogs possibly ok.
