Must love dogs!
We share this space with a very sweet and sometimes sassy 4y/o pit mix who will require you to establish a bond/trust with her. She's quite a love bug once a bond is established and will love to welcome you home and ask you to play with her. That said, she has a guard dog tendency and will bark from time to time (door bell, strangers in house.)

Smoke free home. Some cannabis is okay if ventilated and we'd need to discuss clear parameters for this as one current roommate is immunosuppressed. This is not a crash pad or party house, rather our intention is to cultivate a peaceful, healthy, creative and warm sanctuary.

Consistent, collaborative efforts of maintaining cleanliness/tidiness are expected. Reliable payment of rent and bills, as well as trustworthy, open communication when the need arises are a requirement.

Two out of three current tenants are queer, non binary 40y/o+ who work part time outside the home. One current tenant is Black, immigrant, with Brooklyn family connections, unconventional, mixed-class and mixed ethnoracial background, and a writer and life coach with a background in the Arts. Another tenant is white middle class, works in the service industry and is a visual artist and food and wellness enthusiast. The third tenant is cishet female Southeast Asian, occupying the space only very part time- is otherwise traveling.
