Hello! I’m E (she/they, 29), and I’m looking for a roommate to join me in my Ridgewood apartment. The room is available as soon as October 1st, with flexibility for a move-in as late as November 1st.

**TL;DR:** 6-min walk to the Myrtle/Wyckoff L, 3-min walk to the Seneca Ave M, large 1,000 sq ft apartment with plenty of light, standalone kitchen, private bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment.

**THE APARTMENT**
This spacious 1,000 sq ft apartment is filled with natural light throughout the day. It has a standalone kitchen with ample storage, and the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, ensuring privacy for both of us. We’re conveniently located near the L and M trains and a short walk to everything Ridgewood has to offer. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, up two short but steep flights of stairs, and has Verizon FiOS internet. We also have roof access!

**THE ROOM**
Your room is cozy, gets great light, and can easily fit a bed, desk, and additional furniture. It includes a closet with some vaulted storage. While unfurnished, it’s a great blank canvas for you to personalize. You’ll of course also have access to the spacious communal areas in the apartment for relaxing and hanging out.

**THE COHABITANT**
That’s me! I’m 29 (she/they) with a very friendly cat who gets along well with other cats and dogs (open to having you + pet join the space!). I enjoy cooking (and sharing food!), occasionally having friends over, and spending time out of the house with my hobbies, like cat rescue, birth work, and weekend trips.

I’m looking for someone who’s easygoing, considerate, cat-friendly, and excited about collaborating to make the space a cozy, comfortable home.

I value considerate cleanliness and direct communication. Leave a communal space as you found it, or better!
