THE APARTMENT - This is easily my favorite place I've ever lived. Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom just 2 bocks off the Graham L. You'll be sharing a bathroom with 1 roommate. The apartment is newly renovated with a dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit, modern appliances, huge shared storage closet, and huge private balcony. There is an elevator, shared roof, bike room, and super attentive landlord for the building. Just blocks away from Cooper Park, Mcarren Park, and the best East Williamsburg spots.

The room has large doors accessing the balcony and 2.5 huge closets inside. Easily big enough for a full/queen bed.

The living room is furnished but bedroom furniture will be removed. Utilities are ~$40-80 and wifi is $23/month.

ROOMMATES - You'll be living with two females in their late 20s who work from home 2-3x/week. They're both lovely, respectful, and don't bring the party home. Looking for someone similarly matched without pets.
