Looking for a female roommate to occupy a room in a 3 bed, 2 bath apartment in Washington Heights (walking distance to the C and 1 train.)

The room is spacious with two large windows which bring in a lot of natural light and you would share a bathroom with one roommate. The room also has a large closet. In addition, there is laundry in the basement and an elevator.

The room comes unfurnished, however the shared space is furnished. Water and heat is included. Electricity and wifi is split in half each month among the roommates and fluctuates in the summer with the cost of a/c.

Preference for a:

-A woman in her late 20s-30s
-No pets or couples
-No smoking
-We are quiet and respectful and are seeking the same
-Typical apartment information will be required in example, make 40x rent, proof of income, paystubs
-Security deposit required

Rent is $1,300 month (before utilities), security deposit is $1,300. Looking for someone to start the lease on 05/01.
