About This Lister
I’m in my 30s, I bartend, I love to cook, and this apartment is my calm space. I work in restaurants, so I’m not here all the time. This is NOT a party house. I have lived in those before, and I’m over it. I’m friendly, responsible, and looking for someone who brings that same respectful, low-drama energy to the space. My roommate of 4 years is moving out, and I am going to miss him. That being said, I am open to you bringing art and furniture and making the space feel like your home too. You will not be on the lease, so I’m open to 4-6 months, but would rather have someone here for the full year. I don’t want to post this ad again.

30+ and a responsible human (no chore charts, just mutual respect)
Clean, communicative, and considerate
420 friendly, but not someone who is looking for a party house
Like to do things outside of the apartment. I’m open to someone who works from home, but not someone who works from home 5 days a week.
You do not own cats (sorry!) I am open to a chill dog. I am a dog lover.
