Looking for someone to sublet my room in Crown Heights between now and June 30 (with a possible July extension as well.) It’s a 2 bed 2 bath, so you would have your own bathroom.

I would charge a flat $100/month for utilities unless the usage gets really crazy. For context, they usually range from $100-$250 per person per month.
