Hello! I am looking for my replacement as part of a lease takeover as I’m moving in with my boyfriend. I have lived in this apartment for 6 years since moving to NYC and have really enjoyed my time here. The apartment is a five minute walk from the Greenpoint Avenue G station and a 20 mins walk from the ferry. The neighborhood is amazing with plenty of bars, restaurants & art galleries to visit. Our apartment sits between two parks (McCarren and McGlorick) which both offer weekend farmers markets among other fun events!

You’ll find below some details about the room and two roommates you’d be living with.

The room has its own private deck, large bay windows and a closet. You would also have your own private bathroom. The apartment has plenty of natural light, in unit washer/dryer and another deck connected to the kitchen.

The roommates are two women (29 and 30) who both work in fashion. One is fully in office and the other works on a hybrid schedule. We are looking for someone who is ideally in this age range, is responsible, clean, considerate and easy to get along with.
