Room for rent in Southeast Williamsburg located less than a 1 minute walk from the Hewes JMZ Train, 5 minute walk to the Broadway G, and 10 minute walk to the Lorimer L.

Apartment is a gem of a find with a huge living space, high ceilings, exposed brick, three wonderful cats, an elliptical and a rowing machine (for the ones who like to work out) and just great vibes all around.

Each bedroom has a loft in it that can be used as storage or extra living space. The building is old but has good bones.
Pros: Great location, cute neighborhood, cuddly cats, tons of space
Cons: Old building, not a ton of windows (which can be cozy on a sleep-in day), shared bathroom
