She’s lived her for years and I’ll be signing for my 3rd year. We love the area and apartment! Looking for late spring but are flexible on move in but definitely need someone by July 1st when new lease begins.

-located on Central Park North (West 110th street)/we are across the street from the park
-short walk from B/C and 2/3 lines
-room can fit queen bed and dresser, room also has a small closet
-dishwasher
-in building laundry (basement)
-elevator
-live in super
-secure (need keys for gate and main door)
-secure place for mail and packages
