The apartment is a bright and comfortable space in the heart of Crown Heights. It has high ceilings, good natural light, and a relaxed layout that makes it easy to both unwind at home or have friends over. The common areas are fully furnished and the kitchen has full-size appliances with plenty of cabinet space.

On a third floor walk up. The available room is approximately 10’ x 12’ (about 120 sq ft) and comfortably fits a queen-size bed, dresser, and desk. There’s good closet space and room to set things up however you like.

The apartment is in a well-kept building on a quiet residential block, but still close to everything — great coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and parks are all within walking distance.

Transit is easy with 2,3,4,5 & the shuttle, a few blocks away making it simple to get to Downtown Brooklyn, Williamsburg, or Manhattan.

Utilities are shared and the apartment has reliable heat, hot water, and fast internet. 1GB

Overall it’s a clean, relaxed home in a great neighborhood.

Room comes with new twin mattress and bedframe. Bed has trundle drawers that roll underneath for lots of storage.

Looking for someone who is very chill and is quiet because I go to bed early during the week.
