Steps from Dekalb Ave’s incredible restaurants (Sailor, Romans, Colonia Verde, Evalina, Miss Ada, Walters, Café Paulette…the list goes on). Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods are nearby. Subway access: A+C trains just blocks away, plus all downtown Brooklyn lines at Dekalb.

✨ The Apartment:

- Top-floor walk-up with amazing natural light and skyline views of downtown Brooklyn

- Fully furnished, equipped, and decorated common areas (full kitchen, living room, large dining table, cozy breakfast nook, dishwasher, microwave)

- TV is mounted on an arm to pull-out for viewing at different angles (not the center of the room but noting as it's not just on the wall out of view from the couch).

- All utilities included + stocked/maintained supplies

- Rent: $2,150/month (utilities included)

- Can be furnished or unfurnished (cost adjusted accordingly)

📅 Timing:

- Temporary sublet, 6 months to start (flexible on start date)

I’m a 33-year-old woman working in marketing. I’ve lived in this apartment for four years and love the cozy home I’ve built here. I work from home 2–3 days a week, keep the space tidy and comfortable, and travel every couple of months for work or family. I’m hoping to sublet the room to someone who values a quiet, beautiful space in a wonderful neighborhood.
