Largest room in the house, gets a LOT of sun, lots of space, and a heat / ac split unit. Easily fits a full/queen bed, dresser, desk, closet space.

⁃ Furnished kitchen with new appliances. We are a vegan/vegetarian kitchen.
⁃ Location between Clinton Hill and Bed-Stuy. Bedford Nostrand G subway line is 3 min walk away, AC is 10 mins away. Also close are the B38, B44, B48, B52 buses.
⁃ A 10 min walk to Herbert Von King park and a 20 min walk to Fort Greene park.
⁃ Bunch of amazing restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. The neighborhood is accessible and not noisy.

The roommates:
Two girls (28 and 26, both she/her) social impact designer and bookseller, very clean and respectful of each other and the apartment. One works full time from home and the other works full time outside the home. We love a good nights rest and are quiet at night, and do not have a TV in the living room. We value the tidy home we have created, taking care of it and the calm it brings. Ideal for someone who is looking for the same, prioritizes keeping it quiet and clean, is communicative, and friendly.
