The home has a tremendous amount of natural light! There is a main shared floor as well as a 3rd floor that is a shared space where we have desks and a guest bed for friends/guests.

The bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a washer dryer in the home. Wifi and utilities are included in the monthly price. There is plenty of outdoor space in the home and the back gate of the home opens directly to Bernal Hill

The two roommates you will be sharing with are kind, friendly, and warm professionals in their early 30s. They are respectful and tidy. We are all close friends and consider this house our home. We like to have friends over and cook meals together sometimes, but nothing too loud or late (especially on weekdays).

The home is just a few blocks away from Bernal's lively Cortlandt Street and just a short walk away from the mission

The start/end dates of this sublet are flexible by a week or so on either end
